Meet Tony Pullino - the driving force behind Quote 2 Build.
Instead of looking back at his award-winning career spanning across the last three decades; Tony finds defining his success by the positive impact he can make on others using his experience to better their lives.
Tony's journey into Real Estate and Property started at just 18 years old when he acquired his first property. In his early 20s, Tony's distinct and imaginative approach to innovative house design ignited a demand in the market, which saw his passion establish the highly successful Hot Property Group in 1999.
Whilst at the helm of HPG; Tony collaborated with first-time homebuyers, investors and property developers - crafting over 500 dwellings. These ranged from expansive housing development projects, individual homes, student accommodation complexes, and even a shopping centre!
Tony's wealth of experience and expertise in property development, design, subdivision, and construction speaks volumes through numerous awards. He's a multiple award recipient in the HIA-CSR South Australian Housing Awards; including recognition in categories like Townhouse Development, Affordable Housing Development, Delfin Townhouse Design (on two occasions), and a finalist in the HIA National awards for Affordable Design.
With Quote 2 Build, Tony is dedicated to leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to help others with their dream builds, whether they're first-time home builders or seasoned developers embarking on multi-dwelling projects. His primary focus is on cost savings throughout the construction process, boosting developers' bottom lines, and helping landowners unlock their block's full potential with innovative, cost-effective designs.
